I bought a complete Pc ie full Cpu, Monitors , kb n mouse etc n trust me, u dont necessarily need a 4090 for 4k gaming experience. I also went for a minimum rgb for my cpu but it has nothing to do with performance like he mentioned here. It’s jst a choice for aesthetics.
My Ryzen 7 7700x paired with Rx 7800xt is more than enuff for my 4k 27" 185hz Monitor for any AAA games with 100plus fps(My cousin gifted me an Msi Amp Rtx 4080 Super which Ive used once only yet) . But i prefer to play it on 1440p idk y it looks better for me. But i played my PS5 on our 4k 65"’Tv for sports mainly UFC n Fifa and all my Racing games though.
I have a 7900xtx which is the newest amd graphics card I’m pretty sure but my friend had a 4090 and we both ran max setting on ark ascendant and sons of the forest and there wasn’t much of a difference
