This system is not true Hepa! Levoit got caught lying about using “True Hepa” by the Better Business Bureau and misleading customers. I purchased 2 units for my apartment and haven’t had a noticeable difference. Very disappointing to discover this after the fact.
I have this, using it since one year but theres no dust in it’s Filter. I have a feeling that it’s not working at all.
