I think it doesn’t worth it, save up 100 dollars more and buy a 3-4 year old gaming laptop with rtx 3050, rtx 3060. Recently I bought a used very good condition Asus Tuf A15 RTX 3050/ 16gb/ 512gb ssd even though prices in Spain is much higher than US I got it for 420 euros which is an absolute bargain for me
When they get hot, or under heavy load, don’t move them as it shorts and cuts out…( Design flaw, when it flexes slightly)
I’ve got the gl703gm and it’s great for gaming on a desk when you regularly go around a friend’s house to game without needing to bring a desktop and monitor etc.
A other negative aspect is Asus setting the bios admin password by default… Tried several options online and haven’t been able to solve it
