– ABOUT THIS VIDEO –
Your transition to a better lifestyle will be facilitated by the top fitness trackers. Modern fitness bands can encourage you to adopt good habits and provide a comprehensive overview of your health and fitness in addition to counting steps, tracking your activities, and letting you know if you slept well. They are a great ally on your journey to a healthy lifestyle because of this.

Naturally, some fitness trackers are superior to others, so you should make sure to pick the one that offers the best value for your money. A great fitness tracker needs to be easy to use, pleasant to wear and have a long battery life. Additionally, they must be dependable when accepting or declining calls and providing notifications.

This is exactly the kind of info I needed. I love how you compare the health features on different smartwatches

Fitbit is garbage. I bought the Luxe 2 years ago and ever since I had to update it the first time, it became very glitchy. With the latest update it hasn’t fixed any of the issues. My main issue is it displays inaccurate battery info. Sometimes you turn the screen on and it says 100%, then 5 mins later it says a drastically different number like 70%. Or vice versa. Or I’ll plug it in at 50% and it jumps to 100%. It will randomly die. And it’s stuck in DND mode. If I go to turn that mode off it crashes! Garbage.

I managed to get my Garmin Fenix 3, my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and my brand new Polar OH1+ to all talk together. The watch was sending data to my Garmin Connect app and the Polar OH1+ send data to my watch over an Ant+ connection which then sent it to my phone to a Polar Beat app. It’s amazing how much they all agreed. Tiny differences in latency creates snap shots that can be off but wait a few seconds and they will land in the same place.
I think there’s a way to make the Polar OH1+ as accurate as the Polar H10. Move the OH1 to a different position when weight lifting. Move it to the temple or to the femoral artery. I used it on my arm to run a HIIT on a treadmill and for doing Dumbbell squats and Farmers Walks w/ dumbbells. No problems. But there might be for bicep curls or triceps workouts. Just move it.

Fitbit is not so great anymore since being taken over by Google, they have done away with challenges and open groups which many users enjoyed. Fitbit have stated they are making improvements but we have yet to be told what the improvements are… rumours are Fitbit is being squeezed out of the market by Google itself 🙁

  9. @jeffreywp on December 16, 2024 at 7:41 pm

    2024 reviews and 2-year old video? 🤔

Glad I noticed and moved along.

I got the Fitbit Luxe for myself, because I am a woman and I like smaller watches on my wrists. I got my husband the Fitbit Charge 5 because he has bigger wrists and also I was hoping the slightly larger screen would be easier for both his eyes (he wears glasses) and his larger fingers. I didn’t want to spend a lot of these, so I like the lower price-point but lots of features to these two Fitbits. I have also not heard good things about the longevity of Fitbits, so I wouldn’t want to spend a lot of money to just need to replace it in a year.

I’m enjoying my Luxe so far! I am not a big fitness buff, just like to walk and try to stay kind of healthy. This is my first fitness tracker.
I do wish that there were more band options for Luxe. It’s supposed to be a better looking Fitbit, but Inspire seems to have more options for elegant bands. I’m wearing this thing to work, on nights out, to weddings, etc – I want it to look like a nice watch or jewelry and not a fitness tracker. (The gold bracelet option was too pricy for me, I’m fine with low-cost low-end metals.)

  13. @kim-gg9vk2nq8n on December 16, 2024 at 7:49 pm

    good video

  14. @NR-cq6uu on December 16, 2024 at 7:50 pm

AmazonFit and Zururu $30 bucks. Counts your steps. Registers your blood pressure and heart rate to show its high enough to be cardio. It tracks it for days. Comes in stylish black, blue, pink, red etc and tells the time. $400 dollars for a fitness tracker that lasts 1-2 years before it breaks down and you have to replace it? Geezus.

  15. @ec8155 on December 16, 2024 at 7:50 pm

I will stick to my current watches fenix 7s solar sapphire and apple watch se gen2.

  16. @andrestruus5475 on December 16, 2024 at 7:50 pm

The REALITY is, that Google’s heavily promoted wrist band cost additional $324 each year:
$120 for FitBit Premium (unlocking functionalities for Sleep Tracking and Wellness information)
$204 for Youtube Premium (No other music source and player available at all)

    fitbits are bad watches
mine literally got lost because the strap is too small, so i had to cut another one, which just fell while i was sleeping. Lost it while throwing snowballs
u cant even see where the watch is

  20. @viktormeszaros8587 on December 16, 2024 at 7:54 pm

Garmin customer care is non-existent, in my honest opinion.

After 9 months of trouble free use, the vivosmart 5 unit popped out of the strap unnoticed and was lost. This was the second time this had happened; the first, some six weeks beforehand, I found it in my car.

After some 5k hours of wear, the strap was not fit for purpose, in my experience. Garmon offered a 30% reduction on anew watch, but absolutely refused to adhere to the 24 month warranty in the EU and replace it. The strap should hold the watch in place.

I have bought Fitbit’s previously and suffered a number of technical failings with them and getting a replacement was never a problem. The difference between the way the two companies care about their customers and their brand, couldn’t be much wider, in my experience.

Avoid Garmin. They just don’t care about their customers.

  23. @ikik3406 on December 16, 2024 at 7:59 pm

All i need is a step counter and a live heart rate monitor… No online crap what so ever… Any advice?

  24. @rdking8001 on December 16, 2024 at 7:59 pm

Is their a wearable health tracker without a monthly charge ?

  25. @jimbosliceOG on December 16, 2024 at 8:04 pm

An ovulation sensor for “those with menstrual cycles”… You know there’s a word for that? It starts with a W.

  26. @Leaaaaa10 on December 16, 2024 at 8:04 pm

The fact you consider Apple watch to be a fitness tracker, made me click out of the video

  27. @elcubanito1700 on December 16, 2024 at 8:06 pm

I wouldn’t recommend the Fitbit charge 5, I had four of them fail on me within the warranty year.

  28. @susanrobert5342 on December 16, 2024 at 8:07 pm

Fitbit doesn’t last display goes out within 1 year. It is a throw away product. I have gone through 6 different models. I love them but DON’T LAST. FITBIT TRASH

  29. @bonniem8374 on December 16, 2024 at 8:08 pm

Fitbit is crap. No support if you don’t buy it from them.

  30. @aurelsuciu7062 on December 16, 2024 at 8:10 pm

i feel this post is just an add for those brands ..

  31. @cmm30 on December 16, 2024 at 8:10 pm

Dont but fitbit! Dont do it unless you want to to reset the correct time endlessly…I mean monthly! Like be late to places? Probably not. Just ridiculous. Stop spending money on slick youtube videos and fix that shit!

  32. @BalynOmavel on December 16, 2024 at 8:12 pm

    MiBand ofc

  33. @sarahs5340 on December 16, 2024 at 8:12 pm

I just don’t want a big old bulky anything on my wrist. I like the smaller Fitbits.

  34. @aurelsuciu7062 on December 16, 2024 at 8:12 pm

way xaomi is in this top ?

  35. @Woohallie on December 16, 2024 at 8:13 pm

I love the fitbit luxe. I love the Hr monitoring, steps count, msg notification, find my phone and sleeping tracker. Its very accurate for me. The only downfall is the battery life. I use mostly for 24hrs and only take off when i shower and lasts mybe 2-3days but it can fully charge for 1hr. I wish it can last for 7 days so i dont have to charge all the time

  36. @IsaacNewton1966 on December 16, 2024 at 8:13 pm

The Fitbit Luxe heart rate monitor sucks! This video is crap! Lies upon lies!

  37. @juliahello6673 on December 16, 2024 at 8:15 pm

My Fitbit stopped charging after three and a half months. Fitbit did not honor my warranty because I had bought it at Amazon!!! DO NOT BUY A FITBIT!

  38. @karenkrohn5918 on December 16, 2024 at 8:15 pm

    Thanks for sharing.

  45. @Barone2013 on December 16, 2024 at 8:28 pm

Fitness trackers don’t need to accept or reject calls.
I like premium traditional watches and trackers must be slim and are only there to collect health data. No fluff and nothing extra.

  46. @mattheww9317 on December 16, 2024 at 8:28 pm

I’ve used Fitbit for over five years and would not recommend any of their products anymore. They break within 12 month. I was lucky to get a replacement Fitbit charge 5 when the first one glitches out but the replacement didn’t last long either. Save your money and buy a better brand

  47. @mzyasmin on December 16, 2024 at 8:28 pm

Fitness is the worst. Will tell you a heart rate when it’s not even on your arm. They took away all the challenge ability. So, your solo with it. Don’t bother with Fitbit

  48. @KarthikS30712 on December 16, 2024 at 8:30 pm

    Garmin doesn’t have a 7E???

  49. @GregSchroeder-e6f on December 16, 2024 at 8:31 pm

My Fitbit battery doesn’t stay charged. Yet the say Fitbit is 4 of the top five. Bad review

  50. @Applemaybay on December 16, 2024 at 8:31 pm

I just changed to Fitbit charge 5 and I’m loving it I had a versa 3 before that and I loved that too
