The way I’ve built my pc is that I saved up enough money to build a good mid-ranged system for 1000+ dollars with lots of upgradability such as a large enough case to fit beefy components and a beefy overkill psu to allow more powerful cpus and gpus in the future. This resulted in a even more beefy computer in the future with a 7900 XT and a 7700x from just a used 6600xt and a used R5 5500x which also worked very well
I bought a gaming pc for 700 € with a Radeon Hellhound RX 6650 xt, a Ryzen 5 4800 xt, 32 GB of DDR 4 Ram and 2tb of SSD. So you can get a pretty good pc for less then 1000 dollars. And it pushes 1440p without any problems.
I feel like just the way games are optimized for console, and the fact they’re so cheap a $500 pc will always look and perform worse than a $500 console
He keeps saying 1080p like that’s also what the consoles offer. You cannot build a PC that plays games as good as a console for the same price as one. My Xbox runs games that support it at 4K at 120 fps, good luck building a 500 PC that does that. I just built a PC with a Suprim Liquid X 4090 and an i9 14900K which was not cheap, but I wanted to upgrade my gaming experience from my console.
zac, when i was 16 i had 50$ pocket change and nothing to do on holidays so i built a PC as a joke (i was complete idiot not only in PC building) BUT i managed to build some working (yet realy shitty) PC
1) 4 core nearly same age as me
2) 8gb ram
3) 120gb ssd + 400gb hdd
4) some rly old 512mb nvidia quadro
5) perdoon power supply (chinese shit BUT in Russian it means "person who farted")
6) after that i got an electronic engineering degree and well-paying job designing laptop motherboards
morale – if u think joke will be funny, do it
if u wanna build sth – build it
youtube is flooded with tutorials on every possible shit in life
Well said, I know what I’m doing and I was able to be a really good pc for around £600 if you don’t know (like when I didn’t) I tryed building a pc for £300 what ended up breaking. 😅
I agree, had it been a few years back I’d say you could 100% build a console level pc of not even better for around the same price as one but it’s def tougher now especially if you’re just getting into this shit. Granted the higher price up front will end up with less money spent over time with how frequent games go on sale and no subscription for online
tbh unless you are terrible at building, a PC will always be better value than a console, besides you can just buy prebuilts. The only exception to this is it your talking about a steam deck or switch because those are portable. but compared to like the ps5 pro you could get equivalent spec for $200 less and also be able to upgrade and not be locked down to the PS market which somehow has worse prices than eshop now
i just want to mention that pirating windows is also an option, because websites like keysfan just resell oem keys with is against the microsoft tos, you effectively just get the same thing as a pirated key for $20-$100 but you can change your wallpaper without needing to use wallpaper engine. or maybe just use linux, most of the problems with linux are things that where fixed like 5 years ago
kinda untrue my hobby started with a 80€ budget build could run csgo at that time and rocket league. After i had money i build a 600€ pc and after i lost that pc after a burning i build another pc its arround 300€ and i can play evrything on it

That 20$ can instead be used to buy a better case, more ram, or a better processor. If you are on a budget I think no one will crucify you if you pirate a copy of windows.
For me i think ima have atleast a intel i7 or i9 if i can find a i9 for cheap somewhere, and a rtx 3070 and the rest my gfs brother and law will do because he made a monster pc woth only 800$ featuring all the powerful equipment
Completely agree. I have never seen a new pc user build a correct budget pc. They down have the experience putting together parts or the knowledge of how to pair and pick parts. Almost always end up being a case of purchasing a shitty pre build and then having to upgrade every single part at once when they wanna upgrade
can u help me get a 100 pound gaming pc
im kinda broke..
Pov me who hates controllers im getting a pc

Years ago wanted a pc with a 400$ budget. Made it happen you can too that thing ran great under the worst conditions
BROS COMMENT ONTO NOTHING 🔥🔥🔥

i have a pc and a console and i’ll tell you, im done paying for game pass. so glad steam doesn’t have that Bs
I’m about to build my first pc with the parts I have. Ohhhhh I can’t wait!
I can have 4k console for that price not 1080
I feel like just the way games are optimized for console, and the fact they’re so cheap a $500 pc will always look and perform worse than a $500 console
My windows 11 pro lifetime was $12

I don’t watch shorts to watch ads. 😡
Guys i m gonna build a pc ( i m new) its about 1k
Its 180 + fps ( i dont know al the specs)
Gpu 3060
Cpu ryzen 5 5600 x
Facebook marketplace is a goldmine for cheap priced mid tier builds
if u have hand me downs it is much better
I don’t understand what is so much harder in building a budget build.
Well said, I know what I’m doing and I was able to be a really good pc for around £600 if you don’t know (like when I didn’t) I tryed building a pc for £300 what ended up breaking. 😅
PC is good for new games but I’ll stick with my GameCube
can you recommend me an Intel PC for a 800$ budget?
You’re talking like it’s rocket science. Anyone who likes watching builds from channels like TechSource can build a PC.
Makes no sense really spend $500 on a console then. Another $500 to play a bunch of games and monthly subscriptions
I agree, had it been a few years back I’d say you could 100% build a console level pc of not even better for around the same price as one but it’s def tougher now especially if you’re just getting into this shit. just sail the high seas for windows
Hey dude I wanted to ask what is windows im new
Zach finally reccomending a console 😮
I got my pc for 299$ it has a Ryzen 5 4500 16gb of ddr4 ram and a gtx 1660 super was it a good deal?

i have a 150 dollar pc from my firend he didint need it looked this prebuilt up and its 700 bucks i got a steal😂😅
I mean I have build a gaming pc with rtx 3050 as I got it for the price of a GTX 1650 in my country and i5 is that good?
*prebuilts:* 😐

100% do not buy a crap low tier PC you will end up in a money pit so deep you might as well just bought a bwtter one or highly disappointed.
It’s nowhere near as hard as you’re making it out to be. I built mine very easily.
Please convince my parents for buying me game please 🙏
Do not use the link, you have a lot cheaper websites. I brought Windows 11 pro key for less than $10, so please avoid his expensive scam.

Is 1k enough for a good one
I know the hobby prebiilt 4060 good enough for me
sorry but 5700xt is not $120
in turkey, you can build a 4070 super pc with the price of a ps5 pro, yeah don’t talk about consoles here in Turkey
For me i think ima have atleast a intel i7 or i9 if i can find a i9 for cheap somewhere, and a rtx 3070 and the rest my gfs brother and law will do because he made a monster pc woth only 800$ featuring all the powerful equipment
May I introduce you to the Steam Deck?
I live in India so stuff here is cheaper. A good 4k pc will cost around 500 usd
Thats always the question.
Why pay $500 for a gaming pc to only game in 1080p, when I can spend $700 on a new gen console and play toms of games in up to 4k and up to 120fps.
The answer to that is because that $500 1080p PC can still do a million other things that $700 console can’t do.
but consoles are much more expansive than a pc
Doesn’t keys fan use steal your credit card info and don’t they use stolen credit cards to buy the windows keys and sell them for cheap?
